Strawberry- Guava

With a perfect and unique harmony, the strawberry-guava spread evokes comforting flavours from your childhood, strawberry and maple, while giving your tastebuds a joyride to the Caribbean. In addition to being delicious on bread, pancakes, ice cream or just from the spoon, this delightful spread makes a great accompaniment to your favorite cheeses.

Coco - Pear

Experience this rich and creamy taste, a real tsunami of the Caribbean with sunny flavours ready to awaken your taste buds. A harmonious blend made of real slices of pear ripened to perfection, and mixed with pineapples and a delicate flavored coconut milk.

Mango - Orange

The delicious flavour of mangos and juicy oranges abounds with every bite of these spreads: a refreshing scent loaded with sun. Naturally sweet, not too much but just enough, this succulent spread is to be enjoyed in good company for breakfast, but also to accompany various pâtés and deli meats.

Pineapple - Vanilla

Pineapple-vanilla, sweet, crunchy pleasantly bold. For breakfast, it's a fresh and exquisite treat for your pancakes or toast, and can also be added to ice cream or in your muffin recipes. Naturally sweet, this succulent spread may also be served in accompaniment to ham or deli meats.

Banane - Apple

Providing a taste of sweetness and rich texture, the bananas and apples are an excellent choice for your lunches, and with yogurt or ice cream also. Inspired by the Martinique traditional cuisine, these scents delightfully evoke a yesteryear flavour of the Caribbean. This is also a favorite of little ones.

Whether for breakfast, desserts or even for appetizers and main dishes, Passion Caraïbe's spreads will easily find their place in your kitchen. For example, accompany your ham cooked with pineapple-vanilla spread and place the small pot with a strawberry-guava flavor near your cheese tray. A real treat, these little pots of happiness! Cooking from the heart

Éric Atine, the founding president of Passion Caraïbe, is a native of Martinique and has been a resident of Québec since the early 1980s. He is the grandson of a planter of sugar cane and bananas and a grandmother Imposing in her matriarchal role which, despite the availability of its stove propane, preferred the slowness of cooking on a fire charcoal. From these premises were born the joyous Sunday family feasts, always accompanied by the melodious rhythms of "radio coconut trees", and, of course, by the little Creole punch ... The harmony and the authenticity of these moments were the genesis and the beginning of the history of Passion Caraïbe. Éric, a man of heart for whom cooking has no secret, inspired by traditional recipes from Martinique and his ancestors, thus created these spreads of exotic and local fruits by founding Passion Caraïbe in October 2014. Since then, he pots a little sunshine from his native land, thanks to exquisite spreads entirely transformed in Québec.

In June 2015, Passion Caraïbe won the first national award in the agri-food category of the 17th Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat.

"Home recipes concocted with exotic and local fruits cooked in an ancestral way to offer you authentic and unique flavors ... Small pots of happiness! "
