This firm, cooked and pressed, lactose-free cheese, is made with partially skimmed pasteurized milk. The rindless surface is smooth and flexible. Round eyes are spreade in the mass. This cheese has a nutty taste with a little hazel nut milk aroma. Served with nuts or fruit, it has everything to enhance a meal or a tasting. Available in various sizes, in blocks, grated or sliced.
