St-Guillaume Tex Mex Blend
The Tex Mex Blend is a combination of shredded Cheddar and Brick cheeses made from pasteurized milk. This grated mixture is wonderful on nachos, tacos and other Mexican foods. It also gives a new lease of life to lasagna and pizzas. It can also be incorporated into minced meat to enhance the taste of burgers. Kids especially love its white and yellow colors!
