BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chili powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) powdered mustard
- 5 ml (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 270 g (4) Nagano pork chops, one inch thick, with bone, degreased
Preparation
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high intensity. Clean and oil the grill.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the rub. Set aside.
- Coat and rub each of the chops with the spices. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours for more flavor.
- Place the meat on the barbecue grill, roast 4 to 5 minutes on each side for a medium cooking.
- Let the meat rest 5 minutes before serving.
