Verrines with apples and yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cortland apples, cored, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 8 tablespoons yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons fruit granola

Preparation:

  1. Put the apples in a pan with the maple syrup. Cover the pan and heat gently until the apple slices break down and become fluffy.
  2. Spoon into serving glasses and spoon the yoghurt on top. Spoon the granola on top.
