It’s about picking your own fruit! It's also a nice moment to spend outdoors with your family. There is always a producer near you that will be happy to have your visit.

Indeed, the Association des producteurs de fraises et framboises du Québec (APFFQ) brings together more than 300 producers from all corners of the province! Founded in 1998, the APFFQ has been expanding ever since. The association launched their own brand "Les Fraîches" to bring together all their members.

Spoil yourself

For their 20th anniversary, the APFFQ launched a book called « Ah, les fraises et les framboises! ».

Recipes inside are inspired by the knowledge these passionate producers: salads, cocktails, jams, desserts and much more.  A dozen of renowned chefs teamed up to create this book, such as Martin Juneau and Bob Le Chef.  They give some useful tips on how to prepare these berries.
