Apothicari Fire spices

Fire Spice is an upgrade of the macerated ingredients in ApothicAri Fire Vinegar. Once our Fire Vinegar is finished, ginger, turmeric, garlic, onions, horseradish, chili peppers, and garden herbs are removed from the vinegar and then dehydrated and ground into a delicious and unique spice. Since the ginger and turmeric dominate, and the vinegar flavor is still noticeable, Fire Spice is very reminiscent of curry. It's a great way to use it, whether in Dahl soup, chicken/tofu curry, or simply to season white rice, a sheet pan of baked vegetables, or even as a dry rub for meat and white fish.
