Peppermaster Infusions are a line of rubs and seasonings that force fresh locally grown peppers into dehydrated ingredients. My Bacon Drippings is designed for rubbing into chicken, pork and shrimp, it adds true bacon flavour to anything. Fresh local cherry peppers are fire-roasted and dehydrated with other organic dehydrated vegetables and herbs. The trapped fumes of gently cooking bacon adds a rich flavour and gentle on heat to rubs, dips, gravies and proteins. It is a staple in my pantry and will add a new dimension to yours.
