Barbecue
A blend of ours delicious on withe meats : chicken, pork, veal. Of course, ideal on barbecue. There are tons of barbecue spices. But ours are really different. They have been made in the purest tradition of the southern American cuisine : with character but also with a touch of smoothness. A tip: for chicken, put a good amount of the blend in the cavity instead of the skin.
