Barley wine - Farmstead Beer

This year, we selected barrels that previously held Bourbon for aging this malted beast. These barrels impart rich vanilla notes that perfectly complement its aromas of barley sugar and dried fruits. You’ll notice its thick texture, achieved through an exceptionally long boil.
