AAA Beef Shoulder Short Ribs (10x1)- Prepared from the front 5 ribs, the shoulder is removed from the front with a knife to free the ribs from the chuck, these are then cut with a saw, parallel to the chuck and the brisket joint for a final cut of 4 ribs 6-8 inches long. #NAMP 130 Halal certified.
