Cabernet is one of the most diverse and abundant vine varieties in the world. In France, it is especially present in the Bordelais, the South-West and the Valley of the Loire. The resulting wine has an aromatic richness with notes of black fruit, violet and raspberry and a fine taste that blends happily with that of blackcurrant.
