(Smooth) This blend was created specially for Louise Penny, as we at Virgin Hill Coffee are HUGE fans. We initially came up with the blend for fun, to include in a welcome basket. We also served it this summer at the pre-launch for Glass Houses in Knowlton Quebec. We are so excited to be able to offer it to all Penny fans! The extra special thing about our Gamache blend is that we are donating $1 to the Yamaska Literacy Council for every bag sold. We have tried our best to make this blend something that accurately represents the formidable Armand Gamache. The blend is rich in depth and flavor and has a touch of acidity. It is full bodied, yet delicately sharp. Great for those of you who enjoy coffee with character.
