Crackling mead

Mead produced from all-flower honey. It is the result of a double fermentation with champagne yeasts and a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle. This secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it fine bubbles and a fresh, dry taste. It is thirst-quenching and sulfite- and gluten-free. Best served chilled.
