The cheese was created in honor of Curé Labelle, whose great dream of building a railroad linking Montreal and Mont-Laurier became a reality. This creamy, semi-soft Reblochon cheese, made from pasteurized milk, will reign majestically over your cheese platter! It's a fine, balanced and powerful cheese. Delicious with potatoes and salads, accompanied by a Merlot.
