Meat used for our breaded veal cutlet is prepared using the outside round of the boneless leg. Pieces are delicated, thinly sliced, portioned and pounded. Portions are coated in a breadcrumb mixture seasoned with a savory signature blend of spices. Available in 115g (4 oz.) portions with 40 pieces per case. Average weight per case 4.5kg (10lbs.).
