Duck and Foie Gras Terrine with Armagnac 150g Size A pure duck terrine, cooked with duck breast, foie gras, and a hint of Armagnac (a Cognac-style brandy from southwest France). Serve on toasted bread with a platter of strong cheeses and a glass of red wine. Chill before serving. In a sterilized can, keep for 3 years before opening. INGREDIENTS: Duck meat, duck foie gras, duck liver, eggs, water, duck bones (for the broth), salt, Armagnac, onions, carrots, garlic, leeks, celery, spices, herbs.
