Dulse Pesto

This "red pesto" version of our Kombu Pesto is enhanced with delicious sun-dried tomatoes and a few flakes of Dulse (Sea Bacon), a delicate-tasting red seaweed. It can be used in pasta, gnocchi, on thin slices of toast, in a vegetable stir-fry or simply spread on a chicken fillet or slices of tofu.
