Energy Boost

This kombucha has a bouquet of root and dried roses – rhodiola and notes of Earl Grey tea and lemon – cardamom. In the mouth, a light tannin tickles the cheeks while the spicy ginger warms the throat. Then settles into a sweetness counterbalanced by a hint of acidity, before ending with a finish punctuated with spices.
