Green alder pepper maple jelly

This unique jelly is the result of an infusion of pepper from the dunes that we pick from the same alder trees that border the river in the valley. Its fragrance is rich and complex with floral and mineral notes. Its marriage with Labrador tea (leaf and flower) is divine and a single bite will transport you to the heart of the forest. This is Mylène's favorite maple jelly! Our maple jellies are concocted using plant-based ingredients only.
