Layered choco-hazelnut cake with various textures : chocolate sponge cake, hazelnut milk chocolate ganache, hazelnut praline and chocolate crunch and finally, almond-hazelnut meringue (dacquoise). Delicately decorated by hand with choco-hazelnut cream and ganache as well as crispy chocolate pieces and toasted hazelnuts pieces.
