Our freeze-dried ice cream sandwich bites have a unique texture and flavor that will give you an extraordinary foodie experience. We use real vanilla ice cream sandwiches (yes!), then we freeze-dry them to get dried ice cream sandwiches that can be kept at room temperature and never melt! Freeze-drying allows our ice cream sandwiches to be stored at room temperature, become crispy and light, like a cookie (but made from dried ice cream), and experience a unique moment, like astronauts do!
