A very herbaceous blend, as it is the tradition in the Italian Cuisine, with a hint of fennel seeds and dried tomatoes. You can make a prime ingredient of it in the tomato sauce, with pastas, salad dressings, veal escalope, etc. You may also mix it with breadcrumbs, if desired.
