Bold and astringent, it personifies the perfect fusion of spicy and peppery, reminiscent of our classic Belgian signature, and the typical aromatic intensity and bitterness of IPAs. Its dry hopping provides pine and citrus flavours and a delectably insatiable dry, resinous finish. This beer refers to the legend of the Fort Chambly spy knight, a mysterious French knight who infiltrated the British, thus saving the colony. His gold ring, symbol of his loyalty, remains hidden to this day.
