L’Infusée Camomille-Citron

Our wheat beer base has been given a rather original infusion to create L’Infusée Camomille Citron & Maté. The lightly bitter, slightly herbaceous and almost woody flavours of yerba mate (an near mythical South American herb), with a touch of green tea, are balanced by the floral sweetness of chamomile and a hint of lemon.
