L'Orchidea, Sarchimor Variety Speciality Coffee (Sarchnat135Torr)

Perfect as a work of art, fragile as a flower, but robust as a coffee bean… Orchids are everywhere in the Finca but happy one who can see them because they know how to camouflage themselves in the heights of the branches of our giant trees. «Sarchimor» is not a distinct variety but rather a group of varieties with a similar lineage, created (among other things) to save the plantations from the coffee rust disaster. Plants of small size, green or bronze shoot, vigor and high production, well adapted in low and medium altitude areas. Origin: Arabica Unique variety: Sarchimor Region: Nicaragua, Matagalpa Province Farm: San Antonio Altitude: 800m Grown in microlots. Available eng roasted rains, filter ground or espresso. Good cup quality, increasing with altitude. Rich body with hints of red fruits and cocoa Flavour profile: Medium bodied with low acidity and stone fruit notes
