This DRY STOUT is inspired by Irish traditions, a thin beer with 3.5% alcohol. We find aromas of roasted coffee beans, flavors of dark chocolate, all dressed up with a dry and silky texture. A comforting beer rich in flavor that is easily enjoyed with dessert and after the ascent of Mont Ham. LA HAM NOUÈRE gives a nod to Ham Nord, the municipality where La Grange Pardue is located. Proud to highlight its parish and the welcoming character of the villagers, this beer provided the ideal pretext to gather on the steps of the church and gossip.
