A blend inspired by the North Africa cuisine. One of its basic ingredients is called sumac, which mainly grows in Lebanon and the surrounding countries in its edible version. Sumac adds a slightly acidulous hint to this very particular combination of spices. We have also mixed in it some mint and rosemary in order to give a mediterranean touch to the final product. You will enjoy it on lamb chops.
