Louis D'or Grand Reserve is a Louis D'or aged 18 months, 2 years or 3 years in the church of Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick. Inspired by the knowledge of the Jurassien region, the dairy has created this magnificent long-keeping cheese with intense, complex aromas. Louis D'or takes its name from the Louis D'or farm, producer of the fine milk used to make it. Louis was the second Morin to take care of the farm. He added D'or to his name. A nod to the French coinage that originated under the reign of Louis XIII in 1640.
