Maple Fire

Peppermaster Infusions are a line of rubs and seasonings that force fresh locally grown peppers into dehydrated ingredients. This one was made in 2018 and is called Maple Fire, a uniquely delicious melange of Organic Quebec Maple Sugar and fresh local peppers including Yellow Scotch Bonnet and Scorpion Pepper. This sugar captures and preserves both the flavour and heat of the peppers in just a few granules of maple.
