Old-Fashioned Black Pudding with Apples
Black pudding is one of the oldest charcuteries known. It is made from pork blood, pork fat, onions and spices. In this product, we added caramelized apples in maple syrup and calvados. The mixture of ingredients is then contained in a pork gut and cooked in boiling salted water. Cooking is perfect when the blood sausage is no longer producing blood. Consumption: The timeless black pudding grilled in the pan or oven, with apples, onions or a creamy homemade mashed potato continues to feast.
