Product Description: Base malt with a light yellow color, falling within the standard color range for ales. It offers slightly malty aromas, a hint of sweetness, and a clean profile. Applications: Suitable for all beer styles. It leaves a dry finish and can be used at up to 100%. Its good enzymatic efficiency allows for the use of significant quantities of specialty malts. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15 °C and 20 °C, with relative humidity below 60%. Avoid temperature fluctuations. Under ideal conditions, the product can be used up to 18 months after production.
