RESPAWN is a well balanced medium-Dark blend and promises perfectly balanced coffees. It therefore consists of two roasts: Medium and Dark. Dark coffee gives tangy flavors and ensures a successful crema . Black coffee, for its part, balances the acidity, brings a noble bitterness like that of a quality dark chocolate, prolongs the flavors in the mouth and enhances the full-bodied taste sought in a cappuccino or a latte. Although compatible with all espresso machines, RESPAWN was also created for enthusiasts who own an automatic machine with an integrated grinder. Adding black coffee enhances coffees made with a weaker brew system than a traditional espresso machine. The automatic espresso machine market is huge and offers a more intense blend for this segment . For cappuccino and latte, RESPAWN is ideal because its intensity remains even when mixed with milk. We recommend a slightly larger grind size than recommended for the AFK. All our products also make excellent filter coffees.
