Saison Tradition

In days gone by, farmers in southwestern Belgium used to brew a beer known as Saison to quench their employees’ thirst since the water was often not fit to drink. Our Saison Tradition is a thirst-quenching blonde ale brewed according to ancestral recipes from farms in Wallonia. It offers dry, fruity and slightly acidic flavours crowned by a touch of black pepper.
