Seitan Le Costaud & Panacée.

In a spirit of local collaboration and waste reduction, we give a second life to the botanicals used in the making of Panacée gin from Distillerie La Manufacture. Juniper, coriander, mixed peppers, lime leaves, sweetfern shoots, citrus peels… these flavour-rich ingredients are recovered and blended into our seitan to create a unique and aromatic sausage. The result: a gin and blueberry seitan sausage with a complex taste, slightly fruity and delicately spiced. A product that reflects both our commitment to flavourful plant-based food and our desire to showcase local resources.
