Signature Blend

The Signature blend is a combination of the following Microgreens varieties. Rocket Arugula – Ruby Streaks Mustard – Purple Kohlrabi – Broccoli – Bulls Blood Beets Mild but complex. The signature blend was combined with the foodie or chef in mind. Keeping flavors calm while highlighting the right notes This blend can be applied pretty much universally. The broccoli provides the foundation of the blend, while the purple kohlrabi adds earthiness and purple color. The arugula gives the pepperiness, and the mustard brings the spice. The topping is the beets, while providing distinct flavor and a vibrant red color.
