Made with organic white flour, our sprouted grain loaf contains the following organic grains: sunflower, red clover, millet, soft wheat, sesame, wheat germ, alfalfa, flaxseeds and oat kernels. The outcome is a bread rich in taste, and a source of fibre and iron.
