The mixture that will be used to revive any kind of stew: beef bourguignon, fricassee, navarin, irish stew and pork leg stew. To be used sparingly as its aroma is quite intense. Let’s say it: the purpose of a spice or a mixture of spices is not to occupy the whole palate but to discreetly enhance the components of the dish.
