This firm, cooked and pressed, lactose-free cheese, is made with pasteurized milk. The rindless surface is smooth and supple. Round eyes are spreaded throughout the paste. This cheese has a nutty and milky flavour with a hint of hazelnut. Whether it is in a “raclette”, in thin slices, fondue, accompanied with your favourite red wine, or with fruits and vegetables, you’ll appreciate its exceptional taste and supple texture. Available in various sizes, in blocks, grated or sliced.
