The vanilla powder is made with whole vanilla beans, of the highest quality, and reduced to a fine powder here in Quebec to ensure the highest purity of the product. Easy to measure and use, its density and moisture content is stable at 7%. The powder particles are less than 3000 microns. It is produced with Tahitensis-type vanilla from the Yismerai Sastradi farm on the island of Java.
