Our Kingsey Tortillon is carefully marinated for several hours in a special brine, then drained before being packaged. The tortillon's delicate texture should please any salty-cheese lover's palate. It is also available in jars with the permanently preserved in its brine. Delectable with a beer, tomato juice, as a snack, or simply as a quick bite.
