This slightly rustic ale with a copper hue is made from all the grains we grow, literally. Brewed with 7 types of grains and 9 varieties of malts, we really put everything in it. Aged for 20 months in neutral oak barrels and then dry-hopped with fresh hops from our hop yard, the result is a beer of great complexity. Both malty and fresh, it offers a creamy texture and spicy notes.
