West Coast IPA

West Coast IPAs stand out for their bitterness and the resinous/grapefruit side of the hops, unlike Northeast IPAs, which have little bitterness and a fruitier hop profile. This IPA is inspired by West Coast products for bitterness, but is brewed with very fruity hops that give off tropical fruit aromas. The hops are put forward for this beer.
