West Coast IPA
The hops in our sharply bitter West Coast IPA have a flavour profile that is resinous, herbaceous and fruity, with floral and spicy notes. It’s inspired by the bitter beers brewed on America’s southern west coast, where the bitterness is as intense as the flavours of the hops used. The whole is supported by well-balanced specialty malts.
