Hazelnut flavor : its texture is also smooth and its taste is slightly honeyed. It is ideal as a side dish for beef, pork and cold cuts.

Fragrant flavor : Its aromas are refreshing and blend well with lamb, chicken, pork and seafood.

The "Specialty" range of Mamzells leaves no one indifferent with its evocative names. Each variety is nicknamed by the name of a famous and influential woman! The Sofia catches our attention.
