Pancakes

February 2nd is a busy day in our popular culture : is groundhog day or Candlemas! At Aliments du Québec, we especially like the old custom of eating pancakes on this symbolic day. According to belief, you must flip a pancake while holding a coin in your hand to ensure you wealth and luck for the year to come. Might as well help our economy at the same time!
