Inspired by this great Montreal classic, our version is vegan but stunning. As tradition dictates, our tofu is seasoned and macerated in our tasty blend of spices. It is then smoked in house, in an artisanal way with maple wood. In an ideal 2x120g format, this product is unique and ready to eat.
