The Sweet Green blend is a combination of the following Microgreens. Purple Kohlrabi – Broccoli – Green Kale – Crimson Clover The Sweet Green Mix is a mild combination that is meant to really be an all purpose Microgreen mix. You can verifiably put it on or with anything. Purple Kohlrabi is the color and underlying earthy tone of the mix. Broccoli has a sweet and balanced flavor with a slightly bitter touch. The Green Kale has a cabbage and kale flavor with kick which is also mild and sweet. Crimson Clover brings in the freshness aspect, which is crunchy, mild and cool.
