Founded over 60 years ago, Beaulieu Instantané specializes in the creation and manufacturing of a diverse array of condiments designed to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes. Our extensive product line includes sauces, preserves, spices, seasonings, and much more, meeting the needs of both our retail and institutional clients. In 2023, entrepreneurial chef Louis-François Marcotte and his brother Jean-Michel took over the company, with the intent of pursuing the development of gourmet products that enhance and showcase Quebec's culinary expertise.
