Écoboeuf produces 100% grass-fed beef on a carbon-neutral farm. Founded by two passionate agronomists, Écoboeuf was born from a shared desire to reinvent agricultural practices by combining innovation with deep respect for ecosystems. Rooted in a fourth-generation family farm, we drew on our research in agroforestry at the Université du Québec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue to develop exceptional beef. Our product reflects our core values: superior quality produced with the utmost respect for the environment. Based in Dupuy, Écoboeuf’s mission is to reduce the environmental footprint of farming, diversify agricultural practices, and ensure the long-term sustainability of agriculture in the boreal region.
